It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall C Brown of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on July 12, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Eugene H. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Louise J. Brown of Mineral Bluff, Georgia; his children, Kimberly Paige Mell and Clifton Brown Jr.; and his siblings, Roger S. Brown, Kevin Reid Brown, Sherry E. Brown and Pamela Brown Spiegel. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
