He was predeceased by: his father Fred Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hawkins Thomas; his daughter Elaina Thomas; his grandson William Dean Thomas Tipton; his mother Wilma Bennett Thomas; and his siblings, Larenda Nicholson, Rhonda Aaron, Bud Thomas and Freddie Thomas.
