He was predeceased by: his wife Glenda Ruth Collis. He is survived by: his sons, Neil Collis (Rachael), Paul Collis (Jennifer) and Chuck Collis (Karen); his grandchildren, Samantha Collis, Brittany Collis, Cheyenne Collis, Austin Collis, Grant Collis, Phillip Collis and Blake Gray; his siblings, Michael (Tammy) and Cindi Shinpaugh (Danny); and his great grandchildren, Wesley Gray, Haegen Collis and Jaxson Swaney.
