She is survived by: her husband Harry Mark Simmons III of Mineral Bluff; her children, Jamie Kasson of Mineral Bluff, Joshua Simmons of Mineral Bluff and Daniel Simmons of Mineral Bluff; her mother Sharon McNelley of Murphy, NC; and her aunt Diane Dickinson of Bryson City, NC. She is also survived by three sisters; and three grandchildren.
