She is survived by: her children, Angela Lorene "Susie" Suit (Scott) of Mineral Bluff, GA, Lora Eisenhart (Les) of Mineral Bluff, GA and Clifton Deal, Jr. (Christy) of Blue Ridge, GA; her grandchildren, Joshua Suit, Joseph Henry (Linda), Emily Wibel (Scott), Jacob Henry (Samantha), Jonah Henry (Catie), Josiah Eisenhart, Jaron Deal (Ashlee), Jordan Deal and Taylor Deal; her great grandchildren, Carson Newman, E. J. Henry, Noah Henry, Cayden Newman, Mason Henry, Tatum Henry, Atlas Henry and Oliver Henry; her siblings, Mary Chancey of Ellijay, GA, Betty Burnette (Jim) of Blue Ridge, GA, Brenda Darlene Whaley of Morganton, GA, Thomas Hughes (Melissa) of Athens, TN, William Hughes (Lois) of Blue Ridge, GA and Johnny Hughes (Angie) of Blue Ridge, GA; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Hughes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel (7871 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
