He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bailey and Bertha Mull Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Harper Bailey; his children, James C. (Teresa Bailey), Jerry L. (Cindy Bailey), David M. (Sharon Bailey), Donald H. Bailey (Lisa J. Bailey Taylor) of McCaysville, GA and Todd Taylor of Blue Ridge, GA; and his sister Barbara Jean Henson of Conyers, GA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, a private service is being planned with interment following in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery.
