He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady William McGinnis and Carrie Southerd McGinnis of California; and his former wife Juanita Pearl McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Martha G McGinnis; his daughters, Robin McGinnis (Scott Barfield), Deborah Ingram (Kenneth) and Donna Martin; his stepchildren, Corey Brooks (Teresa), Christopher Lancaster and Cheryl Gable (Devin); his sister Christine Taylor; and his mother-in-law Betty Fowler. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
