She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenneth Elliott and Irene Griggs Elliott; her siblings, Jimmy Elliott, Harold Morgan and Kay Salazar; and her grandson Anthony Mitchell Watkins.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Hooper; her son Randy; her daughter-in-law Missy Hooper of Mineral Bluff, GA; her daughter Louanne Hooper Watkins; her son-in-law Tony Watkins of Blue Ridge, GA; her grandchildren, Amber, Travis Sisson, Gracie Hooper, Josh McFarland, Reagan Hooper and Maggie Hooper; her great grandchildren, Claire Sisson and Ryan Sisson; her brothers, Tom (Anne Elliott) and Rick Morgan; her siblings-in-law, Louie Salazar and Ruby Robinson; and her cousin Barbara Sue Dockery. She is also survived by five nephews; seven nieces; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
