He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Garmon Sr. and Thelma Garmon; and his sister Brenda Gail Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Garmon; his children, Charly Garmon Ussery, Christa Garmon and Caden Garmon; his sisters, Debra Bridges, Sheila Ramey, Wanda Boyles, Lisa Huff and Vicki Welchel; and his grandsons, Mason Ussery and Davis Ussery. He is also survived by his wife and children.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donation be made to help with the funeral expenses.
