It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Smith Sanders of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie H. Smith and Carolyn Thompson Smith; her husband William B. Sanders Jr.; her daughter Deborah Lynn Sanders; and her brother Howell "Buddy" Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia S. Barnes (Wyndall), Michael T. Sanders (Pam), Gregory B. Sanders (Elsa), Jeffrey W. Sanders (June) and Stephen C. Sanders (Maggie); and her grandchildren, Angela, Todd, Kristina, Jeffrey Jr., Heather, Daniel, Susan, Chad, Kevin and Tammy. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
