She is survived by: her husband James Hawkins; her daughters, Cheyanne Hawkins, Jennifer Hawkins and Emily Hawkins; her stepchildren, Matt Hawkins and Beth Hawkins; her son-in-law Jerry Hawkins; her father Arthur Hicks; and her sisters, Brandy Hefner and Amber Mauldin. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
