He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Pearl Arp and Nora Bell Arp; his wife Eloise Mason Arp; his siblings, Fred Arp, Lois Gladson, Montene Henson and Hazel Arp; his granddaughter Michelle Strickland; his great grandchild Stephanie Bloom; and his great great grandchild Benjamin Bloom.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy A. Bennett (Ronnie) and Regina Parris (Danny); his grandchildren, Mike Parris (Lisa) and Daryn Bennett (Tammy); his great grandchildren, Kristi Robinson (Jason), Kelli Burnett (Will), Richard Owen (Nina), Lizzie Bennett, Ryan Bennett, Brooke Owen and Mac Smith; and his great great grandchildren, J. P. Bloom and Audrey Bloom.
