With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean Cole of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, born in Cherokee, North Carolina, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Augustus Gilbert; her husband David Ware; her son Chris Cole; and her siblings, Glen Holloway, Inez Morrow and Irene Abernathy.
She is survived by: her son Rex Cole of Mineral Bluff, GA; her grandchildren, Flonnie, Warren, Tiffany and PJ; her great grandchildren, Brady, Wesley "Bubba", Jaxon, Emma, Christa and Ariel; and her daughters-in-law, Cynthia Brown of Mineral Bluff, GA and Rhonda Cole of Blairsville, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
