He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Bice and Lois Irene Hughes Bice; and his brother Lloyd Bice. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bice; his children, David Bice of Mineral Bluff, GA and Diana Odom (Michael) of Mineral Bluff, GA; his sisters, Elaine Mahan (Don) of McCaysville, GA and Patty Pickelsimer (Ernest) of Dawsonville, GA; and his granddaughters, Lilly Bice, Brittany Odom and Haley Odom. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
