We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2023, at the age of 79, Alvin Richard Newberry of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, born in Copperhill, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alvin Richard Newberry to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Elzia Newberry and Artie Weaver Newberry; his wife Brenda Swanson Newberry; and his siblings, Edith Newberry, Shirley Garrison, Ellen Mealer, Linda Newberry, John Randall, David Raymond and Jimmy Newberry.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Harrison of Mineral Bluff; his brothers, Doug (Cheryl Newberry), Larry (Carol Newberry) and Holis Newberry of Woodstock, GA.; and his grandson Wade Allen Payne. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to Renee to help defray expenses in Richard's memory.
