He is survived by: his daughter Elaine McElreath (Betty Smith); his wife Marilyn Smith; his daughter Tammy Jo Smith (Mark Hunt); his stepson Christopher Brown; his grandchildren, Jody McElreath, Kasey McElreath, Samantha Hayes, Waverly Smith and Zachery Parker; his stepdaughter Becky Murphy McElreath; his brothers, Doug Smith (Linda) and Steve Smith (Barbara); and his nephew Wayne Smith. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
