She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Christine Lofton and Hulon Lofton; her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Van Gardner; her sister Judy Coleman; her siblings-in-law, Jean Gatlin and Butch (Madeliene); her children, Mark, Melissa Gatlin, Wade, Linda Gatlin, Amy and Mike Jones; her grandchildren, Anna Ruth Gatlin, Alyson Gatlin, Andrew Gatlin (Heather), Wesley Gatlin (Taylor), Peter Gatlin (Holly), Madison Jones, Joshua Gatlin and Janie Jones; and her great grandchild Ty Gatlin. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for the Ralph and Jane Gatlin Memorial Scholarship for students at Southern Crescent Technical College. Donations may be mailed to P O Box 1002, Griffin, GA 30224 in care of The Joiner Law Firm.
