He is survived by: his children, Christopher Shawn Eady (Jennifer) of Milner and Apryl Penley (Jeff) of Barnesville; his grandchildren, Mallory Lynn Willetts (Nic), Kylar Daniel Rakestraw (Alexis) and Chloe Blair Penley; his great grandchildren, Jacson Willetts, Cohen Willetts and Hadley Ann Willetts; and his pet Loki.
