He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Renfroe and Esther Hardy Renfroe; his son Jody; and his siblings, J. W., Johnny, Gwen, Mary Belle and Annie Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Zonnie; his children, Deana, Gary, Charles, Linda, Joe and Julie; and his siblings, Marvine, Geraldine and Howard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, their children and their children's children.
