He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hayes. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Clements (James Clements), Amy Shelton (Scotty Rose) and Trish Dosart; and his brother Ricky Hayes. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
