He is survived by: his wife Cindy Parks; his sons, Joseph Milan Parks (Lindsey) of McDonough and Matthew Glen Parks (Julie) of Hartsfield; and his grandchildren, Bradley Parks, Jackson Parks and Hannah Welsh.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist two very special families to Milo, the Geltz and Hortman families, as they face medical uncertainties. Donations may be given directly to Cindy or any of the close family.
