She is survived by: her husband Gene Phillips of Milner; her children, Carmen Selby of Milner, GA, Tonya Kaberna (Damon) of Commerce City, CO, Lisa Whitmer (Robert) of Chicago, IL, Tony Carlton of Bradford, IL, Robert Phillips (Michelle) of Kewanee, IL and Brian Carlton of Lee's Summit, MO; her siblings, John Brawner (Cheryl) of Eureka, IL, Terryl Brawner (Kathy) of Pekin, IL, Robbie Franks of Manito, IL and Susan Nessner of Manito, IL; her sisters-in-law, Linda Kay Rockey (Gary) of Tremont, IL and Laura Bea Thomas of Pekin, IL; her grandchildren, Trisha, Cassandra, Brandon, Chelese, Amanda, Megan, Robert, Michael, Lara, Molly, Brieanna, Corina, Cody, Zebulyn, Jonathan, Hunter and Brooke; and her stepmother Marie Brawner of Manito, IL.. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren.
