She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Crawley and Ruby Crawley; her former husband Harry McCulloch; her husband Joel Jackson; her grandson Joseph "Pete" Phillips; and her sister Betty Ann Engram.
She is survived by: her children, Pam McCulloch Phillips (Payne) and Brandon McCulloch (Vicki); her grandchildren, Robert "Paul" Phillips (Melissa), Barbi McCulloch and Brooke McCulloch Mihalek (Dennis); her great grandchildren, Lainey Phillips, Ben Phillips, Beau Mihalek, Cade Mihalek and Knox Mihalek; and her sisters, Norma Whittington and Gayle Shearouse. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
