It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daisy Shockley (Milner, Georgia), born in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. O'Pry and Emmie Young O'Pry; and her siblings, Edna Kindard, June Dukes, Roslyn Minyard, Henry O'Pry III and Thomas O'Pry (James Edward Shockley).
She is survived by: her spouse James Edward Shockley; her children, Alice Stephens (Fred), Jane Williamson (Jerry), Christine Gholson (John) and James Shockley, Jr. (Bonnie); and her grandchildren, Kathy, Lynn, Carlene, Mary Jane, John, David and Jes. She is also survived by 3 daughters, 1 son, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
