He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Haynie Brannon. He is survived by: his wife Julie Huckaby Carlyle; his children, Randi Ahlstrom (D. J.), Charles "Dayton" Carlyle (Amber) and James "Dakota" Carlyle (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Aleigha Ahlstrom, Colton Ahlstrom, Hazel Carlyle and Ian English; his father Charles Franklin Carlyle (Susie); his sister Lyn Ball (Lamar); and his stepsister Betty Sue Latham. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and extended family.
