He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mack Feltman and Velma Mae Wigley Feltman. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Sue Feltman and Charles Edward Feltman, Jr. (Julie Ann); his grandchildren, Chad Feltman (Ashley), Jessica Pike (Chad), Kevin Feltman (Natasha), Trent Feltman (Laura) and Trey Feltman; and his great grandchildren, Kynslie and Beckham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
