She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Thomas Milton Marshall; her parents, Louis Fosgate and Vivian Brunner Fosgate; her daughter Tracie Strother; and her brother Tommy Fosgate.
She is survived by: her children, Debra White (Ray) of Charleston, SC, Terri Gonzales of Hampton, Tom Marshall (Tamara) of Griffin and Timothy Marshall (Collette) of Castleberry, FL; her brother Jim Fosgate of Utah; and her niece Loni Fosgate. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
