She is survived by: her parent Ada Lee Bennett Cook; her daughter Toni Musgrove Wingate (Michael); her grandchildren, Steve Musgrove (Christy), Missy Thomas (Donald), Julie Tiner (Robbie), Brian Musgrove, Lindsay Thomas (Dustin), David Musgrove, Jr. (Dana), Danyelle Westberry (Adam), Ashley Boyette (Tommy) and Tiffany Crews (Lee); and her sisters, Sylvia Woodard of Waycross and Reba Reed (Ben) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
