He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ann Hursey Cartee of Millwood, GA; his stepchildren, Jan Thomas (Michael), Andy Smith (Becky) and Wendy Silvers; his sister Linda C. Sprouse of Greenville, SC; and his stepgrandchildren, Shafton Thomas (Amy), Rhett Thomas, Kara Beth Smith, Makayla Smith (JT Carlin), Austin Smith, Addabeth Smith, Avery Claire Smith, Rhonda Cooks and Nichole Cooks. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.
