It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rock Mercer of Millwood, Georgia, born in Folkston, Georgia, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerrell Raymond Mercer, Sr. and Rebecca Ann Simmons Mercer; and his wife Cynthia Michelle "Cindy" Mercer. He is survived by: his daughters, Chesley Larisey (Adam) of Waycross and Bethany Mercer of Waycross; his grandson Tanner Larisey; his brothers, Jerrell Mercer (Jeana) of Waycross and Roger Mercer (Kristen) of Glennville; his nieces and nephews, Kaleigh Morrison, Ely Morrison, Vann Perritt, Kara Tindall (Nathan), Jonah Mercer, Haley Anna Mercer, Caden O'Steen, Ellison Mercer, Bentlee Mercer and Paisley Mercer; and his mother-in-law Becky Godwin (Jackie) of Waycross.
