He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clayton Spivey and Gladys Corbitt Spivey; his siblings, Tishie Marie Spivey and Clayton Levonne Spivey; and his brother-in-law Donald Bennett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Thigpen of Douglas, GA, Vernell Bennett (Greg) of Douglas, GA, Latrelle Anderson (Kenny) of Douglas, GA, Linda Bennett of Millwood, GA, Donnie Spivey (Ann) of Pearson, GA, Larry Spivey of Pearson, GA and Howard Spivey (Pam) of Brunswick, GA; and his sister-in-law Patsy Spivey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
