She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Rufus Willis and Celia Reliford Willis; her husband Ed Courson; her sons, Eddie and Franklin Courson; her siblings, Shirley Holland, Bonnie Peterson and Ronnie Anthony; and her great grandchild Ramsey Kate Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, David W. Anthony (Kaneah) of Millwood, GA and Sherry Adams (Sid) of Douglas, GA; her stepdaughters, Karen Johnson of Alma, GA and Calisse Owens (Jim) of Tanner, AL; and her sister Ruth Troupe (Charles) of Douglas, GA. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
