He was predeceased by: his parents, William Higgs and Azell Sweat Higgs; and his brother Billy Higggs. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Allen of Waycross; his grandchildren, Corbin Allen, Calista Allen, Zeke Allen and Lydia Atkins; his sisters, Eva JoAnn White (Fred) of Newnan and Diana Higgs of Waycross; his niece Shavontay Higgs; and his close friends, Mary and Lanier Weaver. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
