He is survived by: his wife Karla Moore; his mother Jackie Miller Moore; his daughters, Nikki Chance (Dave) and Tara Allen (Drew); his grandchildren, Kaidence Moore, Kelsey Amerson, Weston Birdwell and Kollin Allen; his mother-in-law Linda Green of Statesboro; and his pets, Harley, Zoey and Sadie. He is also survived by several cousins and two sister-in-laws.
