He was predeceased by: his former wife Jean Waters Hall; his son Joe Hall; and his sons-in-law, Tom Hamilton and Rickie Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Blackburn Hall of Waynesboro; and his children, Mike Hall (Myra) of Millen, Kay Fleming (Johnny) of Millen, Ann Hamilton of Millen, Steve Blackburn (Jan) and Jeanie Blackburn. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Millen Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
