He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Becton and Alice Cowart Becton; and his siblings, Robert Becton, James Becton, Johnny Becton Sr., Otis Becton, Irene Becton, Minnie B. Sherrod, Doris Young, Ruth Williams, Pearl B. Myers and Jean Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Thompson Becton; his brother Rudine Becton (Sandy) of Millen; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Becton, Jill Becton and Roscoe Young. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
