He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn S. Sapp; and his daughter Sara Marie Sapp. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Sapp (Joy) of Leonardtown, MD, Rodney Sapp (Tammy) of Charlotte Hall, MD, Stevie Sapp (Brittany), Patrick Sapp of Millen, Shirley Sapp of LaPlata, MD and Danielle Sapp of Millen; and his siblings, Runnette Sapp Smith of Millen, Richard Sapp (Frankie) of Waynesboro, Robert Sapp (Donna) of Millen, Ruwis Sapp (Kay) of Warwick, Randy Sapp (Lou Ann) of Pensacola, FL and Russell Sapp (Carolyn) of Prince Frederick, MD. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
