He was predeceased by: his father Cleve Garvin; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie D. Garvin; his children, Stacy Garvin and Kelly Thompson (Benje); his mother Barnetta Waye Garvin; and his siblings, Faye Long (Wayne) of Jacksonville, Joyce Garvin of Waynesboro, Vivian Garvin of Millen, Paula Currington of Millen and Roy Garvin (Mary Margaret) of Millen. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
