She was predeceased by: her father Horace Henry Weathersby Sr.; her husband Joseph L. Burke Sr.; and her siblings, Horace Henry Weathersby Jr., Franklin Weathersby, Grady Weathersby and Grace Weathersby Ezell.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph L. Burke Jr. of Millen and Leigh Ann Burke Hendrix of Millen; her grandsons, Joseph Brooks Hendrix of Dunwoody and Joshua Kasey Hendrix of Statesboro; her siblings, Vivian Weathersby Forehand of Hiltonia, GA and Donald Weathersby of Vienna, GA; her sisters-in-law, Pearl Weathersby of Millen and Mary Weathersby Simpson; and her nephews, Horace Henry Weathersby III, Jon Weathersby, Lee Dell Weathersby, Rusty Forehand, Roger Forehand and Tommy Mead.
