Mike Reese Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mike Reese of Millen, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Mike farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mike is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Reese and Katherine Barefield Reese; and his brother Raymond Reese. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his son Hudson Reese (Hud); his granddaughter Chansley Reese of Millen; his sisters, Beth Carscallen and Becky Johnson (Don); his niece Joelle Miller; and his nephew Perry James (Joyce).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Millen Cemetery (1029 College Ave, Millen, GA 30442).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
