We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2018, at the age of 84, Martha Boone Taft (Millen, Georgia), born in Brunswick, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Robert E. Boone, Sr.; her brothers, Bob Boone, Glenn Boone and Nick Boone; and her grandson Kevin Taft.
She is survived by: her spouses, Marvin A. Taft, Jr. (Mike) and Mike Taft; her granddaughters, Leslie Sapp, Christi Palacios and Shelbi Ruark; her great grandchildren, Avery Ruark, Anna Grace Sapp, Hayden Ruark, Stella Ferrill and Ava Sapp; and also, Lesa Taft Cox (Jim) of Fuquay Varina, NC and Karen Taft Barnard (Dave) of Dallas, GA.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Martha's memory may be made to Ogeechee Hospice, 200 Donahoo Street, Statesboro, GA, 30459 or to Millen United Methodist Church.
