He was predeceased by: his wife Nettie Faye Bland Wiggins; his son David Wiggins; and his sisters, Ila Wiggins Mills and Vergie Wiggins Price. He is survived by: his children, Thomas "Tom" E. Wiggins (Fran) of Marietta and Patricia Hall (Walter) of Millen; his sister Edna Wiggins Bell of Gastonia, NC; and his grandchildren, Joshua Hall (Jill) of Euless, Stephen Hall of Buford, Timothy Hall (Ella) of Douglasville, James Hall (Winter) of Statesboro, Suzanne Williamson and Kristen Wiggins of TyTy. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
