He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca "Beckie" Harvill Becton; his daughter Allyson L. Romedy; his grandson Michael R. Becton; his great grandchild Mason Becton-Bridges; his brothers, Harry, Lewis and Dean Becton; and his sister-in-law Gloria Becton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle B. Finch (Dedrick "Bubby") of Bulloch County and Jennifer A. Lunsford of Millen; his grandson Marc L. Becton; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Sue Wilson of Millen, Mary C. Becton of Garden City and Anthony "Buddy" Harvill of Duluth. He is also survived by Grandchildren and 6 great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
