He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Rochelle Counts, Brittany Counts, Brandon Counts and Mark Counts; and his siblings, Rhonda (Andy Robbins), Karen Counts, Tommy Counts and Kenny Counts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
