He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon L. Wiggins and Joyce Canady Wiggins; and his nephew Hunter Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Oliver Wiggins of Millen; his children, Amberly Wiggins of Millen and Lawton Wiggins (Millie Hooks) of Millen; his siblings, Joanne Reeves (David) of Millen, Janice Morris of Millen, Mike Wiggins (Daphne) of Millen and Jason "Cotis" Wiggins of Millen; his parents-in-law, Charles and Patricia Oliver of Millen; his brother-in-law Jason Oliver (Hillary) of Rome, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Jill, Josh, Johnathan, Braelyn Reeves, Jake Morris (Tammy), Tanner, Avery Wiggins and E. J. Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be sent to Scarboro Baptist Building Fund, 4216 Scarboro Church Loop, Millen, Georgia 30442.
