He was predeceased by: his brothers, Roy Ryals and George Ryals. He is survived by: his wife Jerusha "Gina" Hobbs; his daughters, Hyedie Badie and Heather Fitzgerald (Timothy); his siblings, Howard Ryals, Jerome Ryals (Kathy), David Ryals, Patricia Thurston (John), Brenda Radford (Jack) and Glenda Burke; and his grandchildren, Trey Badie, Chloe Fitzgerald, Johnesia Badie and Johnequa Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
