He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Wommack (Toby); his grandchildren, Lee Lewis (Catherine), Terrence Wommack (Brandi) and Toles Clifton; his great grandchildren, Terra Wommack, Savanna Lewis, Tinslee Lewis, Maci Eason and Jace Eason; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Adams (Cheryl), Michael Adams (Terri), David Adams (Paula) and Barbara Robinson (Tommy) of Summertown.
