He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Lee. He is survived by: his mother Shelvy Jean McDaniel; his siblings, Greg Lee (Susanne), Rodney Lee (Vondesa), William F. McDaniel, Jr. and Linda McDaniel Cordell (Hal); his children, Derwin Lee, Jr. (Sara) and Tiffany Williams (John); his grandchildren, Vivienne, Juniper, Johnathan, Phillip and Michael; his close friend Edwin Taylor; and his caregiver Elisa Moore.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church (4961 W Old Savannah Rd, Millen, GA 30442). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
