He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Leonard Patrick; and his grandfathers, Donald E. Leonard and Harold E. Moseley. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Patrick; his father John Patrick; his stepmother Jamey Patrick; his siblings, Madison E. Patrick of Statesboro, GA, Andrew Patrick (Amber), Evan Patrick (Amanda) of Kernersville, NC and J. Zachary Patrick of Statesboro, GA; his grandmothers, Wilma Judy Leonard of Marietta, GA and Peggy J. Moseley (Pat) of Statesboro, GA; and his stepgrandparents, Jimmy and Joyce Rogers of Statesboro, GA. He is also survived by four nieces; and several aunts and uncles.
