He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry, Mary Bryant, Bernell and Mary Ann Small. He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Small, Sr. and Kathy Bryant Small of Millen; his children, Gia Rhodes of Statesboro and Fred Lee of Metter; and his brothers, Larry Small of Millen and Daniel Small of Millen. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
